Kit Jing Lee Moy

Kit Jing Lee Moy, known to family and friends as Kit, 92, passed away on September 5, 2026.

Kit came to the United States with her family in November 1977. She worked as a seamstress and was a hardworking and devoted mother. She loved to cook and especially enjoyed sharing her cooking with family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter, Judy Moy, and her husband, John Morris; her son, Peter Moy, and his wife, Julie Ssuto; and her three grandchildren, Elvin Moy, Josie Moy, and Vincent Lai. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Man Shiek Moy.

Kit was hardworking and frugal, and she never believed in wasting anything. She taught her children to work hard, study hard, and appreciate what they had. Cooking was one of the ways she showed her love, and she was always happy when she could share her food with family and friends. She took care of her family in her own quiet way, and that is how we will always remember her. We will miss her dearly and carry her memory with us always.
