He is a graduate of Bronx Science High School and Tufts University, where he majored in Mechanical Engineering and captained the ultimate frisbee team, the E-Men.
Justin's fascination for technology began early. By the mid-1990s, he was among the pioneering developers of a social networking site, laying the foundation for today's online platforms. Known for his patience and determination, Justin was a mentor and inspiration to his colleagues.
Beyond his professional achievements, Justin was a devoted family man. He shared his love for sports and the outdoors with his sons, often cycling, crabbing, or enjoying a game. An extraordinary chef, Justin's culinary skills were celebrated by friends and family, making his kitchen a place of joy and togetherness.
Justin is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Stephanie (Blum) Seto, and his sons, Alexander D. Seto and Zachary H. Seto. He leaves behind his seven sisters: Karen Leung, Pauline Ho, Theresa Lee, Annie Teo, Betty Lau, Teren Seto, and Marilyn Seto. He also leaves his mother-in-law, Ronnie Blum and sister-in-law, Jennifer Blum. He was predeceased by his parents, Kent and Kam-Soo Seto.
